Pikku

The Pikku product range has just the right amount of cuteness for me. The colour palettes are also perfect. Visit the website and buy their lovely stuff here.

Print with Me

I recently taught another one of my printmaking classes at the gorgeous Shipshape studio, which is run bu the lovely couple Emily and Adam. I had a fantastic and rather girly day teaching a few lovely ladies how to use stencils to decorate tote bags, aprons, and tea towels. They all did a fantastic job. Thanks to Charlotte Vallance for the photos, see her post about the class on her blog.

If you'd like to book one of my classes you can email Emily at hello@shipshapestudio.co.uk for more information.

Leah Duncan for Teroforma

Leah Duncan's glorious range of home wear for Teroforma is hard to resist. The wee yellow patterned tray is so lovely. You can buy Leah's lovely range here on the Teroforma website
The plain linens are also very lovely indeed. Have a look at the range here.

Pour Porter

Pour Porter is a beautiful online shop that specialises in independent and original designers created by a husband and wife team ( I always love that ). They stock some exceptional designers such as dusen-dusen, Anntian, A-N-D and Faux Real. So make sure you have a look at the shop here.

Quilting

Since browsing through lots of craft boks and websites I have found myself being drawn to all the quilting tutorials. I used to be terrified of quilting and thought they looked like very difficult things to make, but after discovering a few modern versions I have decided to take the plunge and create a simple square patterned quilt. I've mocked up one of the sections above, I'm also including blues and browns in the mix with some plain linens too. I cant wait to get started
Quilt photographs and tutorials can be found here at Purl Bee.

Lady Mary

The Queen of blogging Miss Moss is currently running a lovely give-away in partnership with Fancy French Cologne. The prize is this totally amazeballs scarf created by illustrator Kelsey Garrity-Riley featuring Lady Mary from the one and only D Abbey. Go on over to Miss Moss to enter.

Purl Bee

So I have been trying to remember the lovely craft site Purl Bee for the longest time, all I could remember was that it was a "totally awesome long list of amazing craft projects" but despite my rubbish memory I found it again. I'm so glad I did because now I can show you all the wonderful tutorials they have to offer. There is a huge amount of information available on the sight and it makes you feel a bit silly for buying anything ever when you can just make it yourself. There's bound to be something you like so take a look here.

Lena Corwin

Textile designer Lena Corwin has a lovely blog full of serene photographs. You should really have a look at her work too.

Julianna Brion

I just stumbled upon the work of illustrator / quilt maker Julianna Brion. Her work would happily sit on my walls, yes indeedy. But what I really want is that Lakeland Terrier sketch-book page as a print, are you reading this Miss Brion? I am in love with that wee dog.
